Staff Travel Costs to Visit you

We do not charge you for your care worker to travel to visit you. However, you can travel with a Great Care care-worker in their car to run errands, visit friends, attend appointments, or do shopping.
Please note these travel costs will be charged at $2.00 per km. We can also arrange Cab Charge cards
for you.

Notes on the Delivery of Services

Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is required otherwise the full rate is charged. This charge may be waived in the event of an emergency.

Sleepovers: In the case of sleepovers and rostered overnight care, in order for the worker to sleep or live in the designated place of work we must include the provision of suitable accommodation and access to a telephone
